Being in compliance with the most frequently cited standards often goes a long way toward complete compliance if OSHA comes calling! In this session, we will highlight OSHA’s Top Ten citation list for 2022 and provide examples of where they can be found in healthcare settings. As administrations change, so do the regulatory priorities of varying agencies including OSHA. We will spend some time checking in on various standards that are in the regulatory pipeline such as Heat Illness Prevention, Prevention of Workplace Violence in Health Care and Social Assistance, and the long-anticipated COVID-19 for Healthcare.
