Training Coordinator and former Compliance Officer, Jonid Castillo will provide a 1.5 hour overview of Safety Management Systems and Contractor Management. Jonid will discuss the importance of building a strong relationship between host employers and contractors in order to create a safe and inclusive environment for all. Part of this discussion will outline expectations, communication, and coordination between both the host employer and contractors on-site.
